The Issue: Disarmament
Our country and our world will be safer by the reduction and eventual elimination of all weapons including nuclear, chemical, biological, and conventional.

We pledge to:
Call upon the U.S. government to support the global abolition of nuclear weapons, all weapons of mass destruction and small arms as well as honor the international agreements they have signed;
Use the Nuclear Disarmament Packet 2008 of the Federation Committee and
adopt the Corporate Stance;
Urge Legislators to oppose trade of conventional weapons.

Things you can do:

Ask your congregation or province to consider a coporate stance on nuclear disarmant as proposed by the Dominican Sisters, USA (Federation).
